Also he gave us their ventrilo information so we can send someone in there to talk to the guy and let him now what we think maybe that will save us from the trouble of having to ban them if they know they are gonna get banned for breaking the rules over and over again + that anti ban hack thing. As stupid as it sounds perhaps it's a good idea to just keep kicking them when they join, since we can't actually ban them. If we keep kicking them they will have a hard time to even play. We are currently trying to sort this mess out on our site as well. [ Click Here ] Danik is in fact Arrow's 10 year old son, however we have reason to believe it is a player that has been banned from our server using multiple names and IP's. In order to keep your server running smoothly, I'd recommend banning both Arrow and Danik until this gets sorted out. | ||

His father keeps PM'ing me trying to get me to join their Ventrilo so he can explain, but I am not interested in hearing his excuses again. They are hacking player ID's no matter what they tell you. His kid was laughing and thought the whole thing was quite funny. i had to completely reboot my Server to regain control, when he rejoined the Ban went thru and he was booted. But I know it was his kid because he joined my squad when I was trying to Ban him man, don't fall for their crap! | ||

I am former Army, enlisted in 1989 through 1991. I served as an armor crew member for the M-60 Patton main battle tank (Loader), M-88 recovery vehicle(Driver/mechanic), and later Infantry. I am currently a Nurse. Arrow is a former Private Security Officer that was born in Russia, and emigrated to Israel. His native language is Russian, and he is conversational in Hebrew. His English is at best, passable. He is a bit hot tempered, and quite quick to act. He tends to talk WAY too much and not listen enough. I'm willing to bet him yelling over vent made this considerably worse. I have personally played a few rounds with Danik around, and to put it quite simply, He doesn't understand what he's doing. Not one bit. Combined with his lack of grasp of the English language I imagine it was not a particularly fun time trying to explain to him what he was doing wrong. We have a problem player that has routinely hijacked a few of our less active players name and IP's to cause trouble. Daniks name was found associated with this player recently, along with a few of our long since inactive members names as well.. Some of our members work in IT, and are quite good at tracking down this type of thing. As far as your problem kicking him from the server, I have no clue what that could be, as it is beyond my field of knowledge. I will say this right now, straight up, no bullshit...Arrow does not hack. If you want to accuse one of our members of hacking, provide proof. I take accusations of our admin cheating extremely seriously. If proof of him hacking exists, there will be repercussions, IE PBBans, server bans, global notice on the PR boards of a confirmed cheater, loss of tags, etc. We also have repercussions for false accusations. I personally don't care whether or not you unban Arrow or Danik, I would simply like you to supply proof of Arrow or Danik hacking to either myself, or Coeman, our clan Leader. Thank you for your time. | ||

Posts: 3969 Thanked 196 times in 140 posts | My proof is this kid was in my Server creating all kinds of trouble and out of all the people in at the time he was the only name I couldn't ban, kick or warn. This kid then saw all the Ban attempts scrolling in the Server Meessages and joined my squad to fucking taunt me. I could admin all other players but not him! I only accused Danik of hacking, Arrow wasn't even in the Server, but if the kid is doing it then where did he learn? I had to reboot my Server from my Hosts CP just to recover control and get him banned. That's it. Nice to see you here, Im a big fan of the =[H]= Insurgency server. I hope I can assist you somewhat with this rather serious matter. Oh boy.... Danik, Danik, Danik... Where to begin? I remember him well since I haven't been playing that much lately due to alot of work and Danik has been discussed alot among us admins. This is my story about my first encounter with Danik. I was playing on the COOP server a couple of weeks ago on Al Basrah. I was in the main base waiting for one of the Warrior APC's to respawn when I suddenly see a smoke grenade go off near the helicopter spawn. I go there to see Danik being there. He is the only person arround so he is the only one who could have thrown the smoke. - BREAKING RULES - No smoke allowed since the bots don't get affected by it. Since the server was pretty much emtpy I figured It would not really mather. A couple of minutes later Im in my APC and out shooting bots when I suddenly hear a land rover coming towards me. I turn the turret arround and indeed a land rover is making it's way towards me. I turn the turret back arround and continue shooting bots. But suddenly I beging to take damage. I flip the turret arround and I see the land rover going back and forth in to me and Danik is driving. - BREAKING RULES - No disruptive gameplay. Now I really being to get annoid so I I give him a warning for being disruptive. I recive no reply from him so I join his squad and ask him if he can stop raming me. He is just laughing and asking me obvious questions like "- Do you have a microphone?" etc. So Im thinking maybe he can't hear me? So I type in the squad chat. "Can you hear me at all?" He responds yes. I understand he is young and that his english skills are some limited so I talk to him in simple english "Please stop driving in to me" He is not listening so Im getting really irritaded so Im trying to ban him but it's not working so I give him a kick instead. A couple of minutes later he is back but only this time he plays on the bot team. - BREAKING RULES - Playing on the bot side. I warn him several times to change his team and he does not reply so I kick him. Then he rejoins the server and switch to the bot team again, and I once again kick him with the description "No playing on the bot side, read server rules." You can really beging to understand the frustration over the fact that I can't ban him. So this goes on for about and hour. He joins, switches team and I kick him. Finaly he gets back in on the right team but only this time he is in a locked squad. - BREAKING RULES - Locked squad. I once again try to ban him without sucess so I just kick him. What is important to know is that this all took place after he got unbanned once. His actions were out of order, he broke mutlible server rules. Time after time he were warned to stop his raging spree and did not stop. I did my best trying to explain to him in simple english that what he was doing was against the rules. I always like to give a person a chance to redeem them selves. I figured that he was a new player to the mod so I did not want to give him a hard time but my actions was in vain. If he was just trying to test all different veichles out he should have joined the TRANING server instead. The COOP server is all about COOP gameplay. This is not the first time we deal with people that use scrips to evade bans and I fear that he will not be the last either. We can't have individuals breaking the rules on our servers and get away unpunished for many reasons. First of all their behavior may inspire others to do the same and second of all it empties the servers. If you have an individuall who is teamkilling etc. people will leave the server. Veterans Gaming is all about great team play and a good spirit to go along with it. This is NOT something personal we all love new players on the server but that kind of behavior is just out of order. Everyonce in a while I get of the COOP server to test my skills in multiplayer and when I do the =[H]= servers is the choice for me. But you must understand that we have NOTTING against your clan but we can't begin to treat anybody different because they are from a specific clan. I hope you begin to see our point here. Now It's all up to Blud how things go from here. Im sure you two can settle some sort of agreement. Best regards. I can show you multiple instances of this bug from our server logs. I'm thoroughly disappointed in your lack of due diligence before claiming our member is a hacker. This issue will be brought before the DEVS. | ||

I have also stated that I am not surprised that Danik was acting like an ass, he's 10. You want to punish him for being an asshole, fine. Do not claim our admin or members are hacking without proof. What you have isn't proof of hacking, simply an old BF2 bug. I see that you haven't provided lists of alt player names, copied IP addresses, copied hashes, PB screenshots, etc. No due diligence. That's lazy admining. You owe Arrow (not Danik) a public apology. | ||

Saw a friendly get in a LB, then Mr.Jason comes along and fires at him from the side opening which wounded him. At first I though that he just got out because he wanted to go infantry, so I got in the LB and attempted to take off, but Mr.Jason opened fire at me, and I had to get out to heal myself, then he steals the heli, crashes it and leaves the server. Have no images as evidence due to Xfire screenshot function not working. Just keep a lookout for this guy. | ||

Why are you acting so personal? It's just a game. You have 2 individuals that is giving your clan a ban name. My tip is to get rid of them. We had tons of smacktard from different clans and they have all expeld any members that have been screwing arround. People like Arrow gives =[H]= a bad name. By the way I don't really belive in your story about people hacking Hardcore users IP adresses and account and then griefing in PR. " - You obvioulsy have no knowledge about hacking and the huge ammount of skills that's required to accomplish such a thing. " - You don't have to treat us like we don't know anything. We are aware of the bugs and flaws of the BF2 engine and we can assure you that it's not a case of the console commands not working. If what you are saying would have been true then why is it only the ban function that's not working? While the kick, warn etc. works. Next time get your facts straight and take my advice and dumb the extra weight you have in your clan, they gonna continue to cause trouble for you, trust me. It's not an easy task you have been given trying to solve this mess up but someones got to do it ey? Take the information we have provided you and see if you can make something good out of it. I know it's hard for you having to deal with a situation like this. And once again we are not trying to frame Arrow or Danik but this is a FACT. I have Daemon logs full of streaming kick/ban attempts that did not go through until the player was removed remotely. You people need to contact our member G-club to see how to hunt down hackers.
